Hi! I’m Elle K. Sherman, and I’m a halfie.

A half-Greek, half-Italian American.

A half-creative, half-strategic individual.

A half-ever-so-sweet, half-scarily-fierce woman.

And a half-introvert, half-extrovert Starlite warrior.

But with all of my halves, I amass to a whole-hearted writer.

I’m the proud daughter of a very Greek late father and a very Sicilian mother, both born and raised on Staten Island, NY. There was heat in the kitchen I grew up in, which I attest to my fearless, fierce, and unapologetic lifestyle. From being my high school Class President and captain of my travel softball team, to assisting Amazon on KPIs and working with A-list Hollywood actors and producers, I tend to reach for the moon and land upon the stars. As executive producer Guy Riedel likes to say, I am not afraid to ask for the things I want. And I’m not afraid to work for it, too.

Some may know me for other reasons, such as my screenwriting, directing, and storytelling. I tend to craft dynamic and raw female-centric worlds with spice, strategy, and stardust. My background bridges the energetic and empathic means of life and the commercial, allowing me to bring a rare blend of vision, precision, and soul to everything I create.

As a filmmaker, I’ve worked with Netflix, Lionsgate, NBC Universal, and MGM, sitting under the director’s tent with Suzanne Fogel and executives from Imagine Entertainment. My screenplays and directing have earned numerous awards and accolades, and I am a proud graduate of Rutgers University and the UCLA Producer’s Program, where I trained with some of the entertainment industry’s leading minds.

A story I’ve been working on since 2019 has become my debut novel. The Seventh Sister is a genre-bending celestial epic inspired by the myth of the Pleiades, yet it creates an entirely original celestial mythology. I’ve invented new cosmic systems rather than retelling traditional ones. The story blends celestial war, reincarnated love, and a hidden sisterhood scattered across the universe. It draws from both of my heritages while honoring global mythos and my love for other people and travel. I invite readers into my newly created universe that feels both ancient and revolutionary.

Beyond storytelling, I am also the founder of Bespoke Realty Advisors, a boutique commercial real estate consultancy born of my 13-year career working with national retail brokerage teams and global brands. I’ve led portfolio expansions for everyone from Fortune 500 giants to fashion-forward startups—including Amazon Books, Levi’s, Ted Baker London, and VINCE—transacting on iconic streets from Greenwich Avenue to Melrose Place. With strategic insight and a creative eye, I bring a rare artistry to the real estate world, helping brands manifest their vision in physical space.

I’m based in the Greater NYC area and collaborate globally. Whether guiding clients to breakthrough deals or writing cosmic prophecies under moonlight in my solarium, my mission remains the same: to build worlds, both real and imagined, where purpose, power, and beauty converge.

If I’m not writing, then I’m hanging with the coolest little man on the planet, my son, Duke Christopher. We’re usually jamming out to Queen with our mini guitars or playing tug-of-war with our golden pup, Irving (named after Irving Place, the street my husband and I fell in love on in NYC!).
